As you may have noticed, new brown Caddy Bins have arrived for your development for organic waste.
Caddy Bins have been delivered. It is one caddy per unit to encourage you to utilise the brown bins
on site. There is only one delivery of free of charge Caddy Bins. Unfortunately, we will not be able to
provide any extras for this site.
Please be advised that you can get compost bin bags in most supermarkets to line your Caddy.
We would also remind all occupants to fold down any boxes/cardboard and to dispose of non-
domestic waste in the correct manner. Do not use the estate bins for disposal of non-domestic items.
Please be advised that CCTV is in place and should the management company have to remove any
non-domestic waste from site, charges will be rebilled back to the unit owner.
