This year, in conjunction with North East Inner City (NEIC),  Big Scream and After Schools Education Program (ASEP), we would like to invite all parents to attend our local community event by participating in the “Parade of the Little Vampires!” and “Halloween in Rainbow Park”

The Big Scream Festival is an alcohol and drug free event. Health and safety measures will be in place at all events. Venues will operate below full capacity. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
