Dear Residents
In an increased effort for security in the apartment blocks in Custom House Harbour, the access
codes currently on all apartment block doors will be removed from use on 12th September 2022.
After this date, access to all the apartment block doors will only be available with a use of the
Security Keys, which all owners and residents should already have. No apartment block doors will
have access codes after the 12th of September 2022.
Should you or your tenants require additional Security Key(s) these can be provided by the
appointed registered locksmith directly for a charge of €25.00 per key. Authority for Security key(s)
will only be passed to the locksmith when requested by a property owner to the following dedicated
email address accesscards.irl@apleona.com Please note Security Key(s) cannot be requested by
tenants, it must be the registered owner of the property. Apleona will not accept any phone calls
for Security key(s).
Owners may nominate someone to be issued with a security key(s). Once the property owner emails
the above email address, they must advise their apartment number and the name of the person if
not themselves that they are nominating to be provided with security key(s).
The nominated person will then be able to call to the locksmith pay the locksmith directly and collect
the key(s). When collecting the key(s) from the locksmith the person will need to provide the
locksmith with identification to collect key(s).
Please ensure that arrangements are made well in advance of the 12th of September 2022 for key(s)
to be obtained.
The Managing Agents or the Management Company will not be held responsible for any occupiers or
owners who do not have key(s) to access their apartment block doors.
