An emergency is deemed as fire, water ingress, access preventing you from getting in and out of your development.   All other calls will be dealt with on the next working day.   If a leak occurs after hours, please knock on the upstairs unit to see if there is an obvious leak and provide the out of hours number with the apartment number to assist the management company in contacting the owner of the unit.
